Shahrukh’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment has lodged an FIR against the person who uploaded the piracy and clip. In the last several days, many pictures and video clips of the jawan went viral on social media. The production team is quite upset with the sudden leak of photos and videos from the shooting set. In such a situation, the company has also taken the help of the police in order to root out this matter and ensure that no harm is done to the film.
The company says that the matter of leaked photos and videos is related to the breach of copyright. The production house says that the people of the film Aakrosh have been left out of the clips that were leaked. In such a situation, it is having a bad effect on the strategy of film promotion. Therefore, as soon as the case was registered, the police swung into action. The police has started investigating the matter.
According to reports, Red Chillies Entertainment has registered a case at the Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai. Not only this, according to reports, even during the shooting of Jawan, the use of phone and any other recording device was not allowed on the sets of the film. Now it is being told that this clip was shared with these 5 Twitter accounts. In such a situation, legal notice has been sent to all of them.
Moreover, another handle has also accepted the notice. The case has been registered by the police under section 379 of the IPC i.e. theft and 43B of the Information Technology Act. Right now this matter is being further investigated. Although this is not the first time, this is the third time with Shahrukh’s jawan, when a clip or photo of jawan has been leaked online.
